01 What is CareerJump?

CareerJump is a placement facilitation service by Cubiccode Digital Media LLP. We help working professionals access hidden job openings, connect with recruiters, and get scheduled into active interview pipelines.

02 Is CareerJump free to use?

There is no upfront fee. CareerJump charges a Success Fee only after you successfully accept a job offer secured through our platform. You pay nothing until you accept the job offer.

03 What is the Success Fee?

The Success Fee depends on your new annual CTC at the time of offer acceptance:

CTC between ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,99,999 → Success Fee: 7.5% + 18% GST
CTC between ₹13,00,000 – ₹21,99,999 → Success Fee: 7.2% + 18% GST
CTC of ₹22,00,000 and above → Success Fee: 6.8% + 18% GST

The applicable percentage is determined solely by your accepted offer CTC. No other charges apply beyond this.

04 When exactly does the Success Fee become payable?

The Success Fee becomes due immediately upon accepting the job offer. It must be paid within 7 days of job offer acceptance.

05 What if I accept the offer but my employer withdraws it before I join?

A refund of the Success Fee shall be applicable only in the event that the employer formally withdraws or cancels the employment offer prior to the Candidate's joining date. In such cases, the Company shall process a complete refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of confirmed written communication of the employer's withdrawal.

06 Can I pay the Success Fee in installments?

Yes. An EMI option is available, facilitated through an NBFC partner where you pay a portion upfront as a down payment and the remaining balance in agreed monthly installments that is subject to the NBFC's applicable interest and processing charges.

07 What kind of jobs does CareerJump help with?

We surface verified hidden job openings tailored to your career goals, preferred location, and target CTC. Roles are sourced through recruiter pipelines, career page aggregation, partner portals, and curated opportunity feeds.

08 What happens to the fee if I accept an offer but later decide not to join?

The Success Fee shall remain applicable and non-refundable if the Candidate declines the offer after acceptance, withdraws prior to the joining date, fails to join on the agreed joining date, or otherwise discontinues the hiring process for any reason attributable to the Candidate.

09 Does CareerJump offer resume writing, courses, or certifications?

No. CareerJump is strictly a job openings facilitation service. We do not offer resume writing, skill courses, certifications, or any form of training.

10 What are my responsibilities as a candidate?

You are expected to attend all scheduled interviews, inform your placement manager in advance if you cannot attend, disclose offer and interview outcomes within 24 hours, and maintain professional conduct throughout the process. The Candidate will also provide the emails from the recruiter to the company after every interview. Any failure to disclose, or any misrepresentation of such information, shall be deemed a material breach of the Success Fee Agreement and shall result in the immediate applicability and enforcement of the Success Fee.

11 What happens if my employment is terminated after joining?

If the Candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated from the new employer after joining for any reason whatsoever, the Success Fee obligation remains unaffected. The Success Fee shall remain fully payable and enforceable regardless of the duration of employment or reason for separation.

12 Is my personal data safe with CareerJump?

Yes. Your personal and professional information is used solely for placement facilitation. It is only shared with prospective employers or recruiters strictly for interview coordination, and is never sold or used for unrelated purposes.

13 Can I withdraw from CareerJump after signing up?

No. If you have been interviewed through an opportunity sourced by us, the Success Fee becomes applicable and non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to accept the offer, decline it after acceptance, or discontinue the process for any reason on your end.
