The Branch Manager will oversee complete P&L responsibility for a flagship retail branch, driving deposit mobilization, asset growth, and customer acquisition. This leadership role requires strong sales acumen combined with operational excellence.

• Manage branch operations with full P&L accountability for deposits of ₹150-200 Cr and advances of ₹100-150 Cr
• Lead a team of 20-25 members including Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and Operations staff
• Drive retail asset products including home loans, personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across all branch activities
• Develop strategic relationships with HNI clients and corporate banking prospects
• Achieve quarterly targets for NTB (New to Bank) customer acquisition and cross-sell ratios

• 8+ years of experience in retail banking with minimum 3 years in branch management
• Strong track record in liability mobilization and retail asset sales
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, RBI guidelines, and compliance frameworks
• Proven people management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Graduate in any discipline; professional certification like JAIIB/CAIIB preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
• Proficiency in banking software and core banking systems
