• Own complete P&L responsibility for the category with annual revenue targets exceeding ₹500 crores
• Develop and execute long-term category strategy, brand positioning, and portfolio expansion plans
• Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch, including consumer insights and R&D collaboration
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Drive trade marketing strategies, distribution expansion, and channel-specific activation programs
• Manage category budget of ₹50+ crores and optimize ROI across marketing investments

• 12-16 years of experience in brand management and marketing within FMCG sector
• Proven track record of managing large categories with significant P&L responsibility
• Strong expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, and innovation pipeline management
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and R&D
• MBA from premier institutes (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS) mandatory
• Deep understanding of traditional trade, modern trade, and e-commerce dynamics
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
