Cluster Head - Retail Banking

• Manage P&L for cluster with annual business targets exceeding ₹800 crores in deposits and advances
• Oversee 25-30 branches with accountability for revenue, cost management, and profitability
• Drive deposit mobilization, CASA growth, retail asset expansion, and cross-sell initiatives
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit norms, and operational risk management
• Lead, mentor, and develop 30+ Branch Managers and 300+ frontline banking staff
• Implement customer experience initiatives and maintain NPS scores above organizational benchmarks

• 10+ years of banking experience with at least 5 years in branch banking leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing multi-branch clusters with ₹500+ crore business responsibility
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, liability management, and asset quality
• MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Finance/Banking preferred
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading teams of 200+ members
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, audit processes, and risk management
• Willingness to travel across cluster locations (50% travel expected)
