Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of equity research and market intelligence projects for global financial services clients. This role requires strong client management skills, team leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of capital markets research methodologies.

• Manage delivery of equity research, sector analysis, and company profiling projects for tier-1 investment banks and asset managers
• Lead a team of 15-20 research analysts and ensure SLA adherence, quality standards, and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level client stakeholders
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practice implementations across delivery teams
• Prepare business reviews, performance dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and talent development initiatives

• MBA from tier-1 B-school or CFA/CA with 9+ years in KPO/research services delivery
• Strong expertise in equity research, financial modeling, and investment analysis
• Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-million dollar client accounts
• Excellent understanding of capital markets, valuation techniques, and sector analysis
• Superior stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Bloomberg, and research databases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management capabilities
