Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our full-stack development teams building customer-facing products. You will be responsible for team management, technical direction, and delivery of key product features. This role requires strong technical leadership combined with people management skills to scale high-performing engineering teams.

• Lead and manage a team of 8-12 full-stack engineers across multiple product initiatives
• Drive technical roadmap and architecture decisions for consumer-facing applications
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while maintaining code standards
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build high-performing teams
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements
• Establish engineering best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in engineering management
• Strong technical background in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Java, or similar)
• Proven track record of scaling teams and delivering complex projects
• Experience building consumer-facing web and mobile applications at scale
• Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software development practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
