Engineering Manager - Mobile

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our mobile engineering team and drive the development of our Android and iOS applications. You will manage a team of mobile engineers, define technical strategy, and ensure delivery of high-quality features at scale.

• Lead and manage a team of 8-12 mobile engineers (Android and iOS)
• Define technical roadmap and architecture for mobile applications
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience with 2+ years in management
• Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
• Experience building and scaling mobile applications for millions of users
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns and design principles
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and mobile DevOps
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
