The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key client engagements while managing a team of finance professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial services, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to clients. • Lead financial planning and analysis engagements for enterprise clients across multiple sectors
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for client organizations
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance analysts and associates on deliverables
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional service offerings

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI is mandatory
• 9+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, Ind AS, IFRS, and taxation
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering consulting projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Big Four or consulting firm experience highly preferred
