Group Product Manager

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead multiple product teams working on our B2B payments and settlements platform. This role will drive strategic product initiatives that impact millions of transactions daily and shape the future of business payments in India. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver world-class product experiences.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Product Managers across multiple product verticals in the payments ecosystem
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for B2B payments and settlements infrastructure
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-impact features
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps
• Present product strategy and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring product managers and driving team outcomes
• Strong understanding of payment systems, settlement flows, and financial technology infrastructure
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking product metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence across levels
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA from Tier-1 institution preferred
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments with agile methodologies
