The Inside Sales Manager will lead a high-performing team of 20+ admissions counsellors driving enrollments for premium graduate programs. This role requires strong sales leadership, coaching capabilities, and the ability to drive aggressive revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage a team of 20-25 admissions counsellors to achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹3+ crores
• Drive daily sales activities including lead conversion, pipeline management, and closure targets
• Conduct training sessions, role plays, and skill development workshops to enhance team performance
• Monitor key metrics including talk time, conversion ratios, revenue per counsellor, and lead quality
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and implement targeted campaigns
• Implement CRM best practices and ensure accurate data hygiene and reporting

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in inside sales, preferably in EdTech, BFSI, or high-ticket B2C sales
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience leading sales teams of 15+ members
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and team KPIs
• Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Leadsquared) and MS Excel for reporting
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
