Lead DevOps Engineer

We are hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and automation across our financial services infrastructure. This critical role involves managing high-availability systems that process millions of transactions daily while ensuring security and compliance. You will lead the DevOps practice and mentor engineers while implementing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of 8+ DevOps engineers to deliver world-class infrastructure operations
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture handling 500M+ daily transactions
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and service mesh implementations at scale
• Ensure 99.99% uptime for critical payment systems through proactive monitoring and incident management
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation across multi-cloud environments
• Drive security hardening, compliance audits, and disaster recovery planning for financial services infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 7+ years of DevOps experience with at least 2 years in leadership or lead engineer roles
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in production environments
• Strong experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, including networking, security, and managed services
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and infrastructure automation tools
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and APM solutions
• Understanding of financial services compliance requirements and security best practices
