About the Role
The Lead Marketing Technology Architect will design and implement integrated marketing technology solutions for enterprise clients, including marketing automation, customer data platforms, and digital experience platforms. This role bridges technology expertise with marketing strategy to deliver transformative customer experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architect end-to-end marketing technology ecosystems including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
- Lead technical implementation of marketing automation, personalization engines, and customer data platforms for global brands
- Design data integration strategies connecting marketing tools with CRM, analytics, and enterprise data warehouses
- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and guide best practices for martech stack optimization
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct technology assessments, vendor evaluations, and create technical roadmaps for client marketing organizations
What Publicis Sapient Is Looking For
- 9+ years of experience in marketing technology, with deep expertise in platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, personalization, and customer journey orchestration
- Technical proficiency in APIs, data integration, JavaScript, and web analytics implementation
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data management platforms (DMPs)
- Proven ability to architect solutions for enterprise-scale marketing technology implementations
- Excellent client-facing skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications (Adobe, Salesforce) highly valued
