Lead Supply Chain Technology Manager

We are hiring a Lead Supply Chain Technology Manager to build intelligent systems for route optimization, warehouse automation, and logistics planning. You will drive technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and scale our operations.

• Lead development of route optimization algorithms and dynamic dispatch systems for delivery fleet
• Build warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Implement AI/ML models for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
• Design real-time tracking systems and visibility platforms for customers and operations teams
• Collaborate with operations leaders to identify technology solutions for supply chain challenges
• Manage a team of engineers and data scientists working on logistics technology products

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain technology, logistics software, or operations research
• Strong understanding of logistics operations including first-mile, line-haul, and last-mile delivery
• Experience with optimization algorithms, graph theory, and operations research techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java) and familiarity with optimization solvers
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in supply chain and demand forecasting
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
