Logistics Head

The Logistics Head will oversee end-to-end logistics operations for the South region, managing fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and last-mile delivery networks. This leadership position requires driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and service quality across a complex, high-volume logistics ecosystem.

• Lead logistics operations across 50+ fulfillment and delivery stations in South India region
• Drive operational metrics including on-time delivery (OTD), cost per shipment, and inventory accuracy
• Manage a team of 200+ logistics professionals including operations managers and warehouse supervisors
• Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with transportation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize network capacity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor regulations, and Amazon's operational guidelines

• 11-15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics networks in e-commerce or retail industry
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in logistics metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and logistics automation technologies
• Engineering or MBA degree from premier institutions
• Exceptional people management and change leadership capabilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high operational intensity
