Logistics Head

We are looking for a Logistics Head to oversee regional operations covering North India including network planning, fleet management, and delivery excellence. You will be responsible for cost optimization, service level improvements, and team leadership. This strategic role will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations for North India region covering 3,000+ pin codes
• Develop and execute network optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
• Manage fleet operations including route planning, capacity utilization, and vendor partnerships
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and technology adoption
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols
• Lead a team of 200+ logistics professionals across multiple hubs and delivery centers

• 11+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
• Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics networks and multi-site operations
• Strong expertise in network design, transportation management, and last-mile delivery
• Experience with logistics technology platforms, route optimization, and warehouse management systems
• Excellent leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making approach
• MBA or engineering degree from reputed institution; logistics certifications are a plus
