Principal Consultant - Supply Chain Transformation

The Principal Consultant - Supply Chain Transformation will lead large-scale supply chain consulting engagements helping clients optimize operations, implement digital supply chain solutions, and drive resilience. This is a client-facing role requiring deep supply chain expertise and consulting excellence.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients across industries
• Conduct supply chain diagnostics, network optimization, and digital transformation roadmap development
• Design and implement solutions for demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics excellence
• Drive adoption of supply chain technologies including SAP, Oracle SCM, supply chain control towers, and AI/ML solutions
• Manage client relationships at C-suite level and develop proposals for new business opportunities
• Build and mentor consulting teams while contributing to Deloitte's supply chain thought leadership

• 11+ years in supply chain management with 5+ years in consulting or transformation roles
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and network design
• Experience implementing supply chain technologies (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain modeling and optimization techniques
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and managing client relationships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior executives
• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
