We are seeking a Principal Supply Chain Technology Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize our logistics operations through innovative technology solutions. This strategic role involves designing intelligent routing systems, warehouse automation, and predictive analytics platforms. You will work with business leaders and technology teams to solve complex supply chain challenges at unprecedented scale.

• Lead supply chain technology strategy and roadmap for logistics operations spanning pan-India network
• Design optimization algorithms for route planning, network design, and capacity utilization across 1.5M+ daily shipments
• Architect warehouse management systems, sortation technologies, and automation solutions
• Build predictive models for demand forecasting, delivery time estimation, and capacity planning
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including IoT integration, real-time tracking, and analytics platforms
• Collaborate with operations, business, and technology teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology, logistics optimization, or operations research
• Deep expertise in optimization algorithms, routing engines, and supply chain modeling
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of programming (Python, Java) and database technologies
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and supply chain planning systems in large-scale operations
• Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that drove significant operational improvements
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
