Principal Supply Chain Technology Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Supply Chain Technology Engineer to architect and build intelligent systems for route optimization, warehouse automation, and demand forecasting. You will solve complex logistics challenges at massive scale, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Design and implement advanced algorithms for route optimization, load planning, and network design serving pan-India operations
• Build real-time tracking systems, warehouse management solutions, and automated sorting technologies
• Architect data platforms integrating IoT sensors, GPS data, and operational systems for end-to-end visibility
• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and exception management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate manual processes and improve operational metrics (SLA, cost per shipment)
• Collaborate with operations, product, and data science teams to drive technology-led transformation

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on supply chain, logistics, or operations technology
• Deep expertise in optimization algorithms, operations research, and graph theory
• Strong proficiency in backend development (Java, Python, Go) and distributed systems architecture
• Experience with geospatial technologies, mapping APIs, and real-time tracking systems
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, IoT platforms, and automation technologies
• Proven track record of solving complex operational problems through technology at scale
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
