Product Manager Pharma

We are seeking a Product Manager for our specialty pharma portfolio to drive product strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep therapeutic area expertise and a strong track record in pharmaceutical product management.

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for assigned therapeutic areas
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, and sales teams for product launches
• Manage product lifecycle from launch through maturity and lifecycle extension
• Design and implement marketing campaigns, physician engagement programs, and CME activities
• Monitor product performance metrics, sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly

• 9+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or brand management
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas such as cardiology, diabetes, oncology, or neurology
• Proven experience in successful product launches and brand building
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm with MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory environment, and healthcare ecosystem
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
