• Manage P&L for 50+ retail stores across West Zone with annual revenue of ₹200+ crores
• Drive sales growth, footfall, and conversion rates through strategic merchandising and promotions
• Ensure operational excellence across inventory management, store standards, and customer service
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15 store managers and 500+ retail staff
• Implement new store openings, refurbishments, and format innovations in the region
• Monitor competition, market trends, and consumer insights to drive business strategies

• 8-12 years of retail operations experience with at least 3 years in regional/multi-store management
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks with revenues exceeding ₹100 crores
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Experience in organized retail formats including fashion, electronics, or FMCG
• MBA from reputed institution; retail management certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire large teams
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Rajasthan (50-60%)
