Senior Clinical Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Platform Engineer to build and manage our healthcare data infrastructure that powers clinical decision support systems, research initiatives, and operational analytics. This role requires expertise in healthcare data standards, interoperability, and building secure, compliant data platforms in a regulated environment.

• Design and develop scalable data platforms for clinical, operational, and research data across 73+ hospitals
• Implement HL7, FHIR, and DICOM standards for healthcare data exchange and interoperability
• Build ETL pipelines to integrate data from EMR systems, laboratory systems, radiology, and patient monitoring devices
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ABDM, data protection laws)
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to create data models supporting clinical analytics and research studies
• Optimize data warehouse performance and implement data governance frameworks for healthcare data

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 3 years in healthcare/clinical data domains
• Strong expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and EMR/EHR systems integration
• Proficiency in data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with healthcare data warehousing, clinical data repositories, and OMOP common data model
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations and security best practices for patient data
• Strong SQL skills and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
