Senior Design Engineer - Civil Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer specializing in civil infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and urban transportation systems. This role involves leading structural design, preparing detailed engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with international design codes and standards.

• Lead structural design and analysis for major civil infrastructure projects including bridges, metro viaducts, and elevated corridors
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and BIM tools
• Ensure design compliance with IRC, IS codes, Eurocodes, and other international standards
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to resolve design interfaces and constructability issues
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering exercises, and optimization studies to enhance project efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables for accuracy and quality

• 8-12 years of experience in civil structural design with focus on infrastructure projects (bridges, metro, highways)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
• Proficiency in design software including STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of IRC, IS codes, BS codes, and Eurocodes for structural design
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with EPC contractors or design consultancies
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in design calculations and drawings
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered Engineer status will be an advantage
