Senior Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and enhance web applications across Ola's product portfolio. You will work on customer-facing platforms, internal tools, and partner dashboards using modern web technologies. • Develop scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for web and mobile applications
• Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces with focus on user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and mobile engineers in an agile environment
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews

• 6+ years of full stack development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, Babel) and responsive design
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices
• Knowledge of AWS services, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
