We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and scaling of Apollo's digital health solutions including telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and AI-assisted diagnostics. You will work closely with doctors, data scientists, and product teams to create patient-centric digital experiences.

• Lead product strategy and execution for Apollo's digital health platforms serving millions of patients
• Collaborate with medical professionals to identify clinical workflows and translate them into digital solutions
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, data scientists, and healthcare specialists
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (HIPAA, DISHA), and clinical protocols
• Drive adoption of telemedicine, remote monitoring, and AI-powered diagnostic tools across Apollo's network
• Analyze patient engagement metrics, clinical outcomes data, and feedback to continuously improve digital offerings

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health IT domains
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient care delivery models
• Experience managing digital health products such as EMR/EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, or health apps
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical data standards (HL7, FHIR), and privacy compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work with healthcare professionals and translate clinical needs into technology solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or healthcare certification preferred
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
