Senior Manager - Supply Chain Analytics

We are hiring a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Analytics to lead optimization initiatives across our fulfillment centers, transportation networks, and last-mile delivery operations. This role involves building predictive models, designing network optimization algorithms, and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.

• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to optimize supply chain operations including route planning, capacity allocation, and warehouse management
• Develop forecasting models for demand prediction, resource planning, and inventory optimization across 100+ fulfillment centers
• Design and implement network optimization algorithms to reduce delivery time, transportation costs, and improve SLA adherence
• Build executive dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs, cost metrics, and service quality parameters
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing, and root cause analysis of operational issues

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or logistics optimization roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, optimization algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience with supply chain planning tools, simulation software, and advanced analytics platforms
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through analytics-driven process improvements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional analytical teams
• Domain expertise in logistics, transportation networks, or e-commerce supply chain operations
