Senior Product Manager - Consumer Lending

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale CRED's consumer lending products including personal loans, credit lines, and buy-now-pay-later offerings. You will drive product strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and create delightful borrowing experiences for creditworthy Indians.

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for consumer lending products serving millions of CRED members
• Define product vision, prioritize features, and drive execution with engineering, design, and business teams
• Analyze user behavior, conduct customer research, and leverage data insights to optimize conversion funnels
• Partner with risk, compliance, and lending partners to design credit products balancing growth and risk management
• Drive experimentation culture with rigorous A/B testing to improve product metrics and customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to scale lending products and achieve aggressive growth targets

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in fintech, lending, or payments domain
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer fintech products from 0 to 1
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, product analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
• Deep understanding of lending products, credit underwriting, and regulatory landscape in India
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
• Customer-obsessed mindset with strong UX sensibility and focus on delightful user experiences
• MBA from tier-1 institutions or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
