Senior Supply Chain Technology Manager

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Technology Manager to lead the development of route optimization systems, warehouse management platforms, and logistics automation solutions. You will drive technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance across India's largest logistics network.

• Lead product and engineering teams to build route optimization, network planning, and capacity management systems
• Drive development of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and automation platforms
• Implement AI/ML solutions for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and predictive analytics across the supply chain
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify technology opportunities and improve first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery
• Manage technology roadmap, vendor partnerships, and integration of third-party logistics platforms
• Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology, logistics tech, or operations technology roles
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and route optimization algorithms in logistics or e-commerce environments
• Proficiency in data analysis, operations research, and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of IoT, automation, and emerging technologies in supply chain and logistics
• Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional technology implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
