• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned regions covering 200+ delivery hubs
• Design and implement network optimization strategies to reduce TAT and operational costs by 15-20%
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with warehouse, transportation, and technology teams
• Monitor SLA adherence, route efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics daily
• Drive vendor management and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics partners
• Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
• Strong expertise in network planning, warehouse management, and transportation optimization
• Proficiency in supply chain tools like SAP, Oracle SCM, or proprietary logistics platforms
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations with budgets of ₹50Cr+
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in e-commerce logistics or 3PL companies highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
