• Manage supply chain operations across 8-10 fulfillment centers with throughput of 500K+ units daily
• Drive network optimization to reduce delivery timelines and improve customer experience metrics
• Lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock allocation across regional network
• Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency by 20%+
• Collaborate with transportation, vendor management, and warehouse teams for seamless operations
• Develop and monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turns

• 8-12 years of supply chain experience preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors
• Strong expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and network optimization
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and supply chain analytics tools; Tableau/Power BI preferred
• Experience managing large-scale operations with budgets exceeding ₹100 crores annually
• MBA from Tier-1 institution or equivalent; Engineering background is a plus
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
