Zonal Head

We are looking for a dynamic Zonal Head to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across our Eastern Zone retail network. This leadership position will oversee 35+ stores and a team of 400+ employees.

• Oversee P&L responsibility for 35+ retail stores across Eastern India with revenue target of ₹250+ crores
• Drive sales growth, footfall enhancement, and customer satisfaction metrics across all store formats
• Lead store expansion initiatives including site selection, feasibility analysis, and new store launches
• Implement merchandising strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management best practices
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of store managers, area sales managers, and frontline staff
• Monitor competition, market trends, and consumer behavior to adapt regional sales strategies

• MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in retail management with at least 5 years in zonal/regional leadership
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large P&L operations
• Deep understanding of modern trade, retail operations, supply chain, and category management
• Strong people management skills with experience leading teams of 300+ employees
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales data, market insights, and financial metrics
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone and relocate if required
