The Admissions Counsellor Lead will manage a team of counsellors driving enrollments for premium degree and certification programs. This role requires a strategic mindset to optimize conversion funnels while maintaining exceptional student experience.

• Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 admissions counsellors to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Design and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates across different program verticals
• Conduct daily performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Handle escalations and complex admissions cases requiring senior intervention
• Analyze sales metrics and generate weekly reports for senior leadership

• 6+ years of experience in B2C sales or admissions counselling, preferably in EdTech
• Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams of 10+ members
• Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, Leadsquared, or Zoho
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA preferred
• Experience in selling high-ticket educational products (₹1L+ programs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
