The Curriculum Designer will lead the development of innovative learning content for middle and high school Mathematics and Science programs. • Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board requirements for grades 6-10
• Create engaging learning content including conceptual explanations, practice questions, assessments, and interactive activities
• Collaborate with animation, video production, and technology teams to transform content into digital learning modules
• Conduct regular content reviews and updates based on learner feedback, learning analytics, and curriculum changes
• Mentor junior content developers and maintain quality standards across all learning materials
• Research global best practices in curriculum design and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches

• 7+ years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or academic roles in K-12 education
• Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics or Science (CBSE/ICSE curriculum)
• Experience in EdTech content creation or digital learning platforms is highly preferred
• Excellent writing skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner profiles
• Understanding of learning psychology, instructional design principles, and assessment frameworks
• Master's degree in Education, Subject specialization, or related field required
• Proficiency in content authoring tools and learning management systems
