AI/ML Engineering Manager

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead our machine learning initiatives for dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and route optimization. This role will manage a team of ML engineers and data scientists building production-grade ML systems that directly impact millions of daily rides.

• Lead and manage a team of 12+ ML engineers and data scientists across multiple AI/ML projects
• Design and deploy machine learning models for dynamic pricing, demand prediction, and ETA optimization
• Build scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines to serve real-time predictions at scale
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify ML opportunities and deliver business impact
• Establish MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks
• Drive technical innovation and stay ahead of latest developments in AI/ML research

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning with at least 2 years in people management
• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and classical ML algorithms
• Proven experience deploying production ML systems at scale in real-time environments
• Deep understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and optimization techniques
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Track record of publishing research or patents in AI/ML is a plus
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
