Assistant Vice President - Digital Banking

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to lead digital banking initiatives and drive the transformation of our retail banking services. This role involves defining digital strategy, launching innovative banking products, and ensuring seamless digital experiences for millions of customers.

• Lead digital banking product strategy and roadmap for retail banking segment
• Drive innovation in mobile banking, internet banking, and digital payment solutions
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital banking features from conception to launch
• Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present strategic initiatives to senior leadership and board

• 10+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services with focus on digital products
• Deep understanding of retail banking products, payments, lending, and digital banking ecosystems
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital banking initiatives
• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, banking compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• MBA from premier institution or equivalent; CA/CFA is a plus
• Experience with agile methodologies and working with technology teams
