• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and design to handover and closure
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality or safety
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site operations

• 10+ years of experience in real estate project management with focus on residential developments
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; MBA or PMP certification preferred
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (500+ units) within budget and timeline
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams
