The Business Intelligence Analyst will drive data-driven decision making for key business verticals by building analytics frameworks, dashboards, and insights. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics.

• Design and develop comprehensive BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and internal analytics tools
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, conversion funnels, and revenue optimization
• Build predictive models to forecast demand, inventory requirements, and business trends
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data visualization and reporting

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Strong experience with large-scale data warehouses (Hive, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech domains preferred
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with executive presence
