• Manage claims processing operations for health, motor, and allied insurance products across assigned zones
• Establish and monitor KPIs for claims settlement ratio, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
• Lead fraud detection initiatives and coordinate with investigation teams for suspicious claims
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal audit requirements for claims management
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance claims efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships including third-party administrators, surveyors, and medical networks

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or professional qualification in insurance preferred
• Minimum 9 years of experience in insurance claims management
• Deep understanding of health and motor insurance claim assessment and settlement processes
• Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance industry best practices
• Proven experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in claims data analysis and reporting
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
