CRM Manager - Luxury Residential

This role requires a customer-centric professional with deep understanding of luxury real estate and high-net-worth client management.

• Manage end-to-end customer journey for 500+ luxury homebuyers across active projects worth ₹5000+ crores
• Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction scores and reduce escalations
• Coordinate with sales, construction, legal, and finance teams for seamless customer handholding
• Design and execute customer engagement programs including site visits, milestone celebrations, and possession ceremonies
• Handle high-value customer escalations and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
• Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho) for data analytics, customer insights, and retention strategies

• 8+ years of experience in CRM, customer success, or client relationship roles in real estate sector
• Proven experience managing luxury/premium residential projects with ticket sizes above ₹2 crores
• Strong understanding of real estate processes including booking, construction, legal documentation, and possession
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage HNI relationships
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics
• MBA or equivalent degree from recognized institution preferred
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
