The Curriculum Designer will create comprehensive learning pathways, pedagogically sound content frameworks, and assessment strategies for K-12 subjects. This role blends educational expertise with creativity to build engaging and effective learning products.

• Design curriculum frameworks aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board learning outcomes
• Develop detailed content blueprints, learning objectives, and assessment rubrics for multiple grades
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, animators, and product teams to create engaging content
• Ensure pedagogical soundness and alignment with modern teaching methodologies
• Conduct quality reviews and incorporate feedback from pilot testing and user research
• Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum reforms, and best practices in content design

• 6+ years of experience in curriculum design, educational content development, or academic roles
• Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies (CBSE/ICSE curriculum)
• B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized institution; subject-specific postgraduate degree preferred
• Experience in digital content creation or edtech environments is highly desirable
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Creative mindset with ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Proficiency in content authoring tools and familiarity with learning management systems
