Data Scientist - Advanced Analytics

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for our supply chain and fulfillment operations. This role involves building predictive models, optimization algorithms, and data-driven insights to enhance delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and route planning across supply chain
• Build predictive analytics solutions to optimize warehouse operations, fulfillment costs, and last-mile delivery efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing, causal inference analysis, and experimentation to measure impact of operational interventions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and executive presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, and contribute to building analytical capabilities within the team

• 6-9 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles preferably in e-commerce or supply chain
• Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Expertise in statistical modeling, optimization algorithms, and causal inference methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work on ambiguous, complex business challenges
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
