Design Engineer

We are seeking a Design Engineer specializing in mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role involves creating detailed engineering designs, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop detailed mechanical and structural designs for infrastructure and industrial projects
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design tools
• Conduct design calculations, load analysis, and ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for design approvals and modifications
• Review vendor drawings and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical or civil design engineering in infrastructure or construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, STAAD Pro, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, ASME, and international engineering standards
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Experience in design of HVAC, piping, structural steel, or heavy equipment is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple design deliverables
