Design Engineer - Structural

The Design Engineer will lead structural design and analysis for high-rise commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with Indian and international codes. This role demands expertise in advanced structural systems and proficiency with leading design software.

• Lead structural design for high-rise buildings (30+ floors) using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000
• Perform detailed analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures ensuring IS codes and NBC compliance
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and PMC teams for integrated design solutions
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tendering
• Review and approve shop drawings, conduct design reviews, and provide site support during construction
• Mentor junior design engineers and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

• B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred
• 8+ years of experience in structural design with at least 3 projects of high-rise buildings
• Expert-level proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure
• Strong knowledge of IS codes (IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920), NBC, and seismic design principles
• Experience with post-tensioned slabs, shear walls, and foundation design
• Chartered Engineer (CE) certification or pursuing will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight project deadlines
