Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth across our product suite. This role demands a T-shaped marketer who can drive experiments, optimize funnels, and scale successful campaigns across multiple channels.

• Own and drive customer acquisition goals with monthly targets of 10,000+ new merchant sign-ups
• Design and execute full-funnel growth experiments across paid, organic, and partnership channels
• Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, product flows, and onboarding journeys using A/B testing
• Manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹1+ crore across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks
• Build data models and dashboards to track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key growth metrics
• Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify growth levers and scale winning strategies

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups
• Expertise in paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with budget management experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, and Excel/Sheets
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and experimentation frameworks
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
