We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy and execution for our personal care portfolio. This role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, consumer insights, and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive brand equity, market share growth, and innovative consumer engagement strategies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for flagship personal care brands
• Lead brand positioning, communication planning, and creative development across traditional and digital channels
• Drive consumer insights generation through market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹50 crores and ensure optimal ROI across campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team fostering innovation and excellence

• 12+ years of marketing experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in brand management, consumer marketing, and integrated campaign development
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and market share expansion
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities
• MBA from tier-1 institution with specialization in marketing
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
