Lead DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and manage our critical payment infrastructure handling millions of transactions daily. You will lead the design of highly available systems, ensure 99.99% uptime, and drive the adoption of DevOps best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure.

• Architect and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Design disaster recovery strategies and ensure business continuity for payment systems
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers and establish SRE practices across the organization

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or GCP services and cloud architecture patterns
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements for fintech
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog
• Proven ability to handle high-traffic production systems with strict SLA requirements
