Lead DevOps Engineer - Platform Engineering

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and scale our platform infrastructure supporting high-frequency payment transactions. You will lead the platform engineering team and ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical financial systems.

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP to handle millions of payment transactions daily
• Lead the DevOps team in building robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters, service mesh, and container orchestration systems
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Drive security hardening, compliance automation, and disaster recovery strategies
• Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure efficiency while maintaining performance standards

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration technologies
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS or GCP services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and networking
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and high-availability architecture patterns
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a strong advantage
