About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Growth Marketing Technologist to build and scale our marketing technology stack driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to design automation systems, attribution models, and personalization engines that optimize marketing ROI across digital channels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms including CDP, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Design and build sophisticated attribution models to track customer journeys across 15+ digital marketing channels
- Implement advanced personalization and recommendation engines to drive conversion and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive models for churn prevention, upsell opportunities, and customer segmentation
- Manage integrations between marketing tools, CRM systems, data warehouses, and analytics platforms for unified data flow
- Partner with growth, product marketing, and engineering teams to drive data-driven experimentation and growth initiatives
What Swiggy Is Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth engineering, or martech stack management
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, and web technologies
- Deep experience with marketing platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, Segment, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Business Suite
- Proven track record of scaling marketing automation and improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics for consumer tech companies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering
