Lead Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Lead SRE to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our payment systems. You will lead incident response, capacity planning, and drive reliability improvements across the platform.

• Lead SRE initiatives to improve system reliability, availability, and performance
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Drive incident management, conduct post-mortems, and implement preventive measures
• Perform capacity planning and optimize infrastructure costs
• Automate operational tasks and build self-healing systems
• Mentor SRE team members and establish SRE best practices

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
• Expert knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic
• Strong understanding of database systems, caching, and message queues
• Experience in fintech or high-traffic consumer applications is highly desirable
