The Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and retention strategies across digital channels, managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing CAC to LTV ratios. • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Manage monthly marketing budgets exceeding ₹5 crores with focus on ROI and customer acquisition cost optimization
• Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and content teams to enhance user journey and conversion funnels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, or similar tools
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet companies preferred
• Data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
