Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role requires expertise in scaling campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and leveraging analytics to unlock growth opportunities in a hyper-competitive marketplace.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Drive customer acquisition strategy with focus on maximizing ROI and improving unit economics
• Manage monthly marketing budgets exceeding ₹5 Cr and ensure efficient allocation across channels
• Analyze campaign performance data, user cohorts, and funnel metrics to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Implement advanced tracking, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks to optimize conversions

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns with budgets of ₹3 Cr+ monthly
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, and BI tools
• Experience with attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and marketing mix optimization
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into scalable growth strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
